DEADLY Dutchman Joran Van Der Sloot is rubbing salt in the already deep wounds by launching an astonishing $10 million lawsuit against his victim's father.
The shameless accused killer, who allgedly admitted to cops that he killed Peruvian student Stephany Flores in a Lima hotel room is claiming his human rights were violated when he was extradited from Peru to Chile, to face murder charges.
He reportedly confessed to killing the 21-year-old after he found her reading about the Natalee Holloway case on his laptop.
He has long been prime suspect in the disappearance and presumed death of the pretty American teenager, who vanished on the small Caribbean island of Aruba where she was celebrating her graduation.
Peruvian prosecutors however maintain that he planned to kill Flores, so he could rob her.
Now according to El Commercio he's claiming his arrest in Chile and subsequent extradition to Peru was a violation of human rights.
According to the Lima daily El Comercio, van der Sloot claims there was pressure from Peru's then-President Alan García Pérez on the Chilean government to extradite after he was arrested in Arica, Chile shortly after Flores was killed.
Several other Peruvian officials are named in the lawsuit, along with the murdered girl's father, Ricardo Flores.
It's not the first time the Van der Sloot has raised the same issues of due process and police irregularities, but all his claims that have been dismissed by Peruvian courts.
Peruvian prosecutors are seeking a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison for van der Sloot.

A CREEP thief snuck into a church and stole a couples wedding clothes and jewelry on the night before their big day. 
Caty and Jack Parker had been rehearsing the ceremony in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Des Moines, WA when the thin, female burglar struck. 
When they returned to their dressing room they found the bride’s bag, shoes and jewellery and the groom’s wedding ring were missing.
It contained Caty’s family heirloom jewellery was gone – but luckily her wedding dress had not been taken.
She told King 5:"I was devastated at that moment. It took me a while to realize it’s not the stuff that is important it's who you marry." 
Jack added: "Pretty much everything got stolen – except for her dress – that she needed for the next day."
Thankfully the couple managed to replace the stolen goods before their nuptials.
But the thief went onto use their stolen ATM cards, in total charging $600 to their accounts.
Dressed all in black, was caught on surveillance camera lurking in the corridors of the Holy Trinity Lutheran church before she robbed the bridal party. 
Now the Parkers hope someone will be able to identify the woman, who is slight and wire a pony tail. 
Jack explained: "She walked out with three or four bags. She just went in and snatched it and walked out the door like nothing happened.
"She walked out there and we think she might have had a car out there." 
The newlyweds added that they hope the woman gets the help she needs.   
Cops are investigating.

He added: "These allegations...I didn't do any of these things to these people, just know these people who are lying are ruining my life," Morris said.
"They keep on lying, but you know, the truth will prevail and that's why we have courts and stuff like that."
Morris and alleged accomplice Coray Eubank are out of jail on bond, each charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license.
Cops believe more victims are out there and are urging them to come forward. But Morris said the accusations have made her the victim.He said: "If anybody's a victim, it's definitely me."

A TWISTED killer snapped pictures of his young victims before running errands with the female corpse in the trunk of his car. 
Craig Lede allegedly beat Dana Nelson, 28, and John Ketsemidis, 29, over a drug debt of just $40. 
It's thought all three were hooked on prescription drugs, which were linked to a pill clinic which has recently closed. 
Lede told cops he killed the couple because he was tired of being "screwed about" over a small debt, so he'd killed the pair. 
Sheriff Al Nienhuis told Bay News 9 that Ketsemidis and Nelson had gone to Lede’s home to talk about their debt when he attacked them with a bat. 
According to the arrest warrant: "Once the victims were down and helpless, the defendant struck them in the head and upper body several times causing eventual death."
After taking the sick pictures, he stuffed Nelson's body into the trunk of her boyfriend's car and went to Ketsemidis' parents home where he demanded $40. 
They refused to hand over the cash and called cops, when they saw he was driving his son's car. 
After finding the bodies, police said that Lede confessed to the double murder.Sheriff Nienhuis added: "Although we cannot link this heinous and senseless crime directly to the abuse of prescription drugs, there is little doubt that it significantly contributed to the deaths of these two young people.
"This is a perfect example that prescription drug abuse is not a victimless or a non-violent crime."

THEY say the first cut is the deepest but for Virginia Valdez' husband it was also the most painful - as she tried to cut off his penis with a pair of scissors. 
It's unclear how successful the 69-year-old was with her eye-watering attack, but it's believed that she didn't do a Bobbit and completely sever her husbands member. 
Her spouse 62, who's name has not been released called cops late Saturday and told them of the attack and when officers arrived they found him bleeding profusely and the bloody weapon nearby. 
“They were more heavy duty than the standard office scissors,”  Palm Springs Police Sgt. Kyle Stjerne told the Herald Sun, adding that they resembled poultry shears.
He added that the couple had been married for 32 years and the cause of Saturday’s fight remains under investigation.
He explained: “It was just a long-standing marital dispute, and we are not sure what caused her to do it."
Valdez was arrested on suspicion of mayhem, assault with a deadly weapon and spousal abuse.
Online jail records say she was released Sunday and is scheduled to appear in court next month.
Police say the man was treated at a hospital for injuries in the penis area and released.

Whoever abandoned a newborn at Northwest Medical Center Tuesday did exactly the right thing, authorities say.
The baby, who appeared to be less than 24 hours old, was found by hospital staffers, said Deputy Renee Carlson, spokeswoman for the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
The medical center, 6200 N. La Cholla Blvd. at West Orange Grove Road, is a "Safe Haven" drop-off location where newborns can be left, no questions asked.

Though the Sheriff's Department is investigating, Carlson said whoever left the infant did the right thing. "The baby was well cared for ... no neglect, no malicious intent. This was an appropriate location for a baby to be dropped off," Carlson said.
Carlson would not reveal the newborn's gender. "People are scared when they are making those choices and anonymity is important," she said. Otherwise, "we're going to have babies in trash cans. The baby is healthy as a result of this. It's doing well and being cared for at this time, and that's all good."
Arizona passed a "Safe Baby" law in 2001. About 18 babies have been dropped off at sites statewide since the law took effect. See www.tucsonsafebaby.org for more information.

The chef who told authorities that he accidentally killed his wife and cooked her body to dispose of it fired his attorney Tuesday and will represent himself when he is sentenced in February.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Rand S. Rubin warned David Viens that "there is a danger to representing yourself" and he'd get "no special indulgence" from the court. Viens, who was convicted earlier this year of second-degree murder, which carries a sentence of 15 years to life in prison, said he understood.
Viens dismissed his attorney, Fred McCurry, with a soft "thank you, Fred." He had tried to get rid of McCurry during his trial, a request Rubin denied because it was made too late in the proceedings.
"Thank you for letting me go pro-per. I appreciate that," said Viens, who appeared in court Tuesday in a wheelchair wearing gray jail garb and glasses that dangled from a string around his neck. The sister and father of his wife, Dawn, looked visibly pained that the proceedings would drag on.
Viens was polite, addressing the judge as "your honor," and had arrived in court with several handwritten motions, which were not immediately available to reporters. Rubin gave him a January deadline to file any other requests and allotted him $60 to make phone calls from jail before his Feb. 1 sentencing.
Dawn Viens was 39 when she vanished in October 2009. After her husband learned in February 2011 that investigators suspected he'd played a role in her disappearance, he leaped off an 80-foot cliff in Rancho Palos Verdes.
From his hospital bed, David Viens described to sheriff's investigators why authorities never found his wife's body. He said he packed it into a large drum of boiling water, held it down with weights and simmered it over four days. Then, he said, he poured much of what remained into the grease pit at his Lomita restaurant, Thyme Contemporary Café.

 TUCSON - Sheriff's deputies are looking for a man they say is responsible for an armed robbery at a Quik Mart last week.Deputies say the clerk was outside the store at Roger and Fairview last Wednesday when the suspect walked up to him and forced him back inside.
The suspect implied he had a weapon and demanded that the clerk empty the cash register. The suspect also demanded that the clerk give him cigarettes.
The suspect made several threats toward the clerk and left the store.
The suspect is described as being approximately 5'9" or slightly taller with a slender build. He was wearing a grey or green shirt, faded blue jeans, white tennis shoes, and a red baseball hat. The baseball hat was very distinctive in design. The hat is red with white lettering that says "Arizona" as well as a brown leather oval patch with the letters "AZ" in it. There are also letters on the side of the brim.

A Tucson couple may be able to avoid felony convictions after pleading guilty Wednesday to one count each of impersonating a peace officer.
Alan Eugene Wilson, 41, and Kristine Wilson, 47, were indicted last month on five felony counts each of impersonating a peace officer.
On Wednesday, Alan Wilson admitted he was dressed similarly to a police officer when he pulled over a car near North Stone Avenue and East Fort Lowell Road on Dec. 7, 2011, using blue and red lights that had been installed on his vehicle. After realizing the driver was a teacher at his son’s school, he sent her on her way.

Kristine Wilson admitted she was with her husband on June 10 when he pulled over two people in a car about midnight. She acknowledged they went up to the car, asked the driver who the registered owner of the car was and spoke to her on the phone. Kristine Wilson further admitted they were wearing clothing similar to that worn by officers and they told the women in the car they could’ve been cited.
Pima County Superior Court Judge Scott Rash could designate Kristine Wilson’s crime a misdemeanor at the time of her sentencing and place her on probation or give her up to six months in jail. If he chooses to designate it a felony, Kristine Wilson is facing a term of probation or up to two years in prison.
Rash can place Alan Wilson on probation or give him up to two years in prison. If Alan Wilson is placed on probation and successfully completes it, Rash could designate the crime a misdemeanor.
At the time of the Wilsons’ arrest, Tucson police said the impersonators conducted traffic stops several times and gave verbal warnings. In one incident, they intervened in an altercation while impersonating officers.
Police impounded the couple’s vehicle in June, and seized law enforcement uniforms and gear.
Rash will sentence the pair Jan. 16.

Search ends for teen after family swept into sea looking for dog

November 26, 2012 | 10:58am    Crews called off a search for the last of three family members swept out to sea in powerful surf while looking for their dog.Despite heavy fog, the Coast Guard had searched through the weekend for a 16-year-old boy swept out to sea along with his parents, according to the Associated Press.
Waves reaching 10 feet in height pulled the dog into the ocean as it ran to retrieve a stick at Big Lagoon, a beach north of Eureka on Saturday, according to Dana Jones, a state Parks and Recreation district superintendent, in the Times-Standard.
Jones said the boy went after the dog, prompting his father to go after them. She said the teenager was able to get out, but when he didn't see his father, he and his mother went into the water looking for him.
“Both were dragged into the ocean,” Jones said of Saturday's tragedy.
The Times-Standard reports that the couple's daughter called police. Jones said a park ranger had to run a half mile to get to the beach because his car wasn't made to handle the terrain. When he arrived, he wasn't able to get to them because of the high surf, she said. Rescuers eventually retrieved the mother's body, and the father's body washed up. The dog got out of the water on its own, Jones said.

The scuffle occurred last Saturday and lasted from Caitime to El Palmar de Los Leal in Mocorito. Two soldiers also died, two more subjects (one victim of the armed group), along with the young model.According to information from the Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA), a military convoy was traveling on the streets of Caitime when they were attacked by gunmen who later took refuge in a safe house Mocorito.
Soldiers repelled the aggression, killing one guy. After that first attack, the command made it out of the home and took flight.
However, they were chased by the military towards El Palmar Los Leal, where Maria Susana was killed.
The El Progreso, neighbor was identified as Rosario Mendez Rios, 54, who was killed when gunmen seized his vehicle to escape. There are reports his wife also died in the fray, but it is unconfirmed. Authorities said the gunmen shot him several times trying to steal his truck.
The armed group is allegedly linked to Orso Iván Gastélum Cruz, El Cholo Iván o El Cholo Vago, who serves as head of the Sinaloa cartel hitmen in the region of Évora.
Orso Iván Gastélum escaped from Aguaruto prison in August 2009 after a party held at the module five to say goodbye of his friends. He provide his friends with entertainment from norteño conjunto band and a singer Harley Pérez.

But a story in the Laconia Daily Sun revealed that Laughton was a convicted felon who served more than four months in jail for "conspiracy to commit credit card fraud" in 2008.Candidates can run for office in New Hampshire after they've been convicted of a felony as long as they are not incarcerated and have completed any court-ordered sentence, according to the New Hampshire Secretary of State's Office.Granite State House Majority Leader Pete Silva, R-Nashua, said Laughton's failure to inform Nashua voters about her background before the election was grounds for her resignation, according to the Nashua Patch."While I believe in a person's ability to be rehabilitated and become a productive member of the community, I also believe it is a candidate's duty to fully disclose their personal history to allow the voters an opportunity to make an informed decision," Silva wrote in a statement published by Nashua Patch. An Oklahoma family has lost its pet kangaroo and they're hoping a $1,000 reward will ensure the safe return of their beloved Lucy Sparkles.
On Thanksgiving night, the Shayla and Larry Menhusen were hosting family at their Shawnee, Okla., home and for a while, Lucy was the life of the party, delighting the seven young children in attendance, including the Menhusen's three young daughters."But I think Lucy got startled. It was getting dark outside, a time when Lucy usually hops off to bed in her custom built, heated and air conditioned house on the Menhusen's five acres of land."Lucy hopped around the back of our home where her house is and my husband went back there to close up her gate," Menhusen said.At only 11 months old, Lucy still loves to sleep in a pouch that hangs in her house. However, Larry Menhusen couldn't find her there, or anywhere. He whistled for her and called out her name, but Lucy didn't return."She usually responds back with this particular kangaroo sound, but we don't think she could hear him," Shayla Menhusen said.Initially, the Menhusens offered $500 for the safe return of their Lucy Sparkles, thinking she couldn't have gone far and that they'd quickly get her back. But after days passed with no sign of her, the family upped the reward to $1,000.Now the family waits. For the first time since her husband, Russell, took his own life, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong has issued a statement. Released through her rep, it reads:

"Taylor Armstrong is devastated by the tragic events that have unfolded. She requests privacy at this time so that she may comfort her young daughter," five-year old Kennedy, who sources say has not yet been told about her father.

Gene Simmons will no longer be performing at the Michael Jackson tribute concert set for October after the promoters pulled the plug on KISS hard.

The rocker, who accused Michael of being a pedophile, has been dropped from the roster just one day after it was announced Gene would perform.

Just last year, the rocker said he was child molester, in no uncertain terms: "There is no question in my mind he molested those kids. Not a doubt."

The promoters now tell TMZ, "We have listened to the fans and are grateful to have been alerted to these unfortunate statements by Gene Simmons." 

"Under the circumstances we fully agree that even though KISS is a band Michael admired we have no choice but to rescind our invitation to them."

The star's estate had fired off a letter yesterday, expressing displeasure over KISS performing at the concert ... and criticizing the concert in general.

There is discord among Jackson's family members regarding the October show, which Prince, Paris and Blanket have expressed interest in attending.

Jackson's parents, Joe and Katherine, are helping put it together, while two of his brothers (and many fans) believe the event is inappropriate.

America's Best Dance Crew and So You Think You Can Dance judge Shane Sparks was in front of a different kind of judge yesterday. It didn't end well.

Sparks pleaded no contest to a felony count of having unlawful sex with a minor under 16. He faced eight felonies in connection with alleged sex acts.

Under a plea deal approved by Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Martin Herscovitz, the other felony counts were all dismissed given the plea.

Sparks agreed to plead no contest to the single felony. He will serve 270 days in jail sometime over the next year and receive five years' probation.

Sparks, who was arrested for child molestation in late 2009, also must attend sex offender counseling and not go near female minors sans an adult.

Los Angeles police investigators said the choreographer committed multiple lewd acts upon a child, who was under 14 at the time, starting in 1994.

The shameless accused killer, who allgedly admitted to cops that he killed Peruvian student Stephany Flores in a Lima hotel room is claiming his human rights were violated when he was extradited from Peru to Chile, to face murder charges.
He reportedly confessed to killing the 21-year-old after he found her reading about the Natalee Holloway case on his laptop.
He has long been prime suspect in the disappearance and presumed death of the pretty American teenager, who vanished on the small Caribbean island of Aruba where she was celebrating her graduation.
Peruvian prosecutors however maintain that he planned to kill Flores, so he could rob her.
Now according to El Commercio he's claiming his arrest in Chile and subsequent extradition to Peru was a violation of human rights.
According to the Lima daily El Comercio, van der Sloot claims there was pressure from Peru's then-President Alan García Pérez on the Chilean government to extradite after he was arrested in Arica, Chile shortly after Flores was killed.
Several other Peruvian officials are named in the lawsuit, along with the murdered girl's father, Ricardo Flores.
It's not the first time the Van der Sloot has raised the same issues of due process and police irregularities, but all his claims that have been dismissed by Peruvian courts.
Peruvian prosecutors are seeking a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison for van der Sloot.

A CREEP thief snuck into a church and stole a couples wedding clothes and jewelry on the night before their big day. 
Caty and Jack Parker had been rehearsing the ceremony in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Des Moines, WA when the thin, female burglar struck. 
When they returned to their dressing room they found the bride’s bag, shoes and jewellery and the groom’s wedding ring were missing.
It contained Caty’s family heirloom jewellery was gone – but luckily her wedding dress had not been taken.
She told King 5:"I was devastated at that moment. It took me a while to realize it’s not the stuff that is important it's who you marry." 
Jack added: "Pretty much everything got stolen – except for her dress – that she needed for the next day."
Thankfully the couple managed to replace the stolen goods before their nuptials.
But the thief went onto use their stolen ATM cards, in total charging $600 to their accounts.
Dressed all in black, was caught on surveillance camera lurking in the corridors of the Holy Trinity Lutheran church before she robbed the bridal party. 
Now the Parkers hope someone will be able to identify the woman, who is slight and wire a pony tail. 
Jack explained: "She walked out with three or four bags. She just went in and snatched it and walked out the door like nothing happened.
"She walked out there and we think she might have had a car out there." 
The newlyweds added that they hope the woman gets the help she needs.   
Cops are investigating.

"I'm innocent, I really am innocent or whatever." "It sounds bizarre but I just don't think, how can America feel like a person could even put cement in somebody's bottom."
He added: "These allegations...I didn't do any of these things to these people, just know these people who are lying are ruining my life," Morris said.
"They keep on lying, but you know, the truth will prevail and that's why we have courts and stuff like that."
Morris and alleged accomplice Coray Eubank are out of jail on bond, each charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license.
Cops believe more victims are out there and are urging them to come forward. But Morris said the accusations have made her the victim.He said: "If anybody's a victim, it's definitely me."

A TWISTED killer snapped pictures of his young victims before running errands with the female corpse in the trunk of his car. 
Craig Lede allegedly beat Dana Nelson, 28, and John Ketsemidis, 29, over a drug debt of just $40. 
It's thought all three were hooked on prescription drugs, which were linked to a pill clinic which has recently closed. 
Lede told cops he killed the couple because he was tired of being "screwed about" over a small debt, so he'd killed the pair. 
Sheriff Al Nienhuis told Bay News 9 that Ketsemidis and Nelson had gone to Lede’s home to talk about their debt when he attacked them with a bat. 
According to the arrest warrant: "Once the victims were down and helpless, the defendant struck them in the head and upper body several times causing eventual death."
After taking the sick pictures, he stuffed Nelson's body into the trunk of her boyfriend's car and went to Ketsemidis' parents home where he demanded $40. 
They refused to hand over the cash and called cops, when they saw he was driving his son's car. 
After finding the bodies, police said that Lede confessed to the double murder.Sheriff Nienhuis added: "Although we cannot link this heinous and senseless crime directly to the abuse of prescription drugs, there is little doubt that it significantly contributed to the deaths of these two young people.
"This is a perfect example that prescription drug abuse is not a victimless or a non-violent crime."

THEY say the first cut is the deepest but for Virginia Valdez' husband it was also the most painful - as she tried to cut off his penis with a pair of scissors. 
It's unclear how successful the 69-year-old was with her eye-watering attack, but it's believed that she didn't do a Bobbit and completely sever her husbands member. 
Her spouse 62, who's name has not been released called cops late Saturday and told them of the attack and when officers arrived they found him bleeding profusely and the bloody weapon nearby. 
“They were more heavy duty than the standard office scissors,”  Palm Springs Police Sgt. Kyle Stjerne told the Herald Sun, adding that they resembled poultry shears.
He added that the couple had been married for 32 years and the cause of Saturday’s fight remains under investigation.
He explained: “It was just a long-standing marital dispute, and we are not sure what caused her to do it."
Valdez was arrested on suspicion of mayhem, assault with a deadly weapon and spousal abuse.
Online jail records say she was released Sunday and is scheduled to appear in court next month.
Police say the man was treated at a hospital for injuries in the penis area and released.

Despite being in sunny California, two polar bears at the San Francisco Zoo celebrated their birthdays this month in true, really chilly style.
Pike, 30, and Ulu, 32, got a very special sub-zero treatment Nov. 15 when the zoo had 10 tons of fresh snow blown into their habitat.
The big celebration was the zoo's way of honoring the bears' old ages, because the average life span of their species is only half their ages. This makes Pike and Ulu among the oldest bears of their kind to live in an accredited zoo within the United States."As the worldwide symbol of climate change, the presence of polar bears both in the wild and in zoological educational programs is a vital tool in carrying the messages of conservation," the San Francisco Zoo said in a statement.The zoo even got a little sports action involved in the celebration. San Francisco Bulls hockey players Hans Benson and Chris Frank partied with the polar bears by shooting fish pucks into the bears' enclosure. VISTA — A 68-year-old man pleaded not guilty to murder on Wednesday, five days after police found his wife’s severed head in the freezer and her body parts cooking on the stove of their Oceanside home.A Vista Superior Court judge ordered Frederick Joseph Hengl to remain jailed on $5 million bail. Hengl faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted of all charges, which include willful cruelty to an elder and committing an unlawful act with human remains.He appeared frail in court, and his lawyer requested he see jail medical staff for a heart condition.Just after 11 a.m. on Friday, police went to Hengl’s home on North Ditmar Street, less than a block from Oceanside City Hall, after neighbors called to complain about a foul odor coming from the bungalow-style house.The first officer who entered the home through a window saw three pans of “meat” cooking on the stove, and authorities later realized it was parts of the victim, said Deputy District Attorney Katherine Flaherty. “There is no evidence of cannibalism at this time,” Flaherty said.The prosecutor said the victim was Hengl’s 73-year-old wife, Anna Faris. Property records show the couple purchased the two-bedroom home in 2002.Faris is believed to have been killed sometime after Nov. 1. Although her autopsy was done on Saturday, a determination of her cause of death is still pending.

An man on the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitive list after an alleged murder spree in Los Angeles was arrested this week.
He is in Los Angeles Police Department custody and is expected to be arraigned next week on murder charges, said Laura Eimiller, an FBI spokeswoman.
Jose Luis Saenz, who is believed to have worked for a Mexican drug cartel, was arrested after a joint investigation by the FBI, LAPD and Mexican authorities, Eimiller said.
Authorities believe that Saenz, a reputed gang member, shot and killed two gang rivals in Boyle Heights in 1998.
Days later, he allegedly kidnapped, raped and killed his girlfriend.
He is believed to have killed a fourth person in Los Angeles County in October 2008, according to the FBI.
Saenz, who is believed to be 36 or 37, was flown Friday under FBI escort from Guadalajara to Los Angeles International Airport, Eimiller said.
Saenz has "been sought for some time," she said. "There's a lot of determination that went into this capture."
Saenz -- who was believed by the FBI to use the aliases "Zapp," "Toro" and "Peanut Joe Smiley," among others -- was added to the 10 most wanted list in 2009.
Authorities "suspected that he had crossed the border to Mexico and back often," Eimiller said.

A man suspected of shooting a woman in the head in Missouri died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot early Friday after being chased by police in San Diego.
Acting on information provided by the Missouri state police, San Diego police chased a vehicle through the streets of Mission Beach in hopes of arresting the driver.
Surrounded in a dead end about 1:30 a.m., the driver took his own life, police said. He was identified as Alan Lovelace, 37, of Blue Spring, Mo., wanted on suspicion of shooting a woman in the head in Grain Valley, Mo., and taking her car.
The woman was listed in critical condition, according to Missouri news reports.

Rennspies is described as 5-feet-5 inches, 125 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
